That’s a whole lot of cookin’

What you are looking at is almost all of my meals for the day being cooked at once BEFORE work. It was a very busy morning. There’s breakfast: mushroom and pepper omelet. Not shown is the veggies I already diced and cooked for that. In the top row is Dijon lamb which marinated overnight and broccoli. That was dinner tonight, YUM! The other pan is 1/4lb burger which I put on top of a bed of greens and added a slice of fat free American cheese. Not pictured is my morning snack of 2 dozen almonds and my after workout protein shake. All in all, I’d say it was a very productive and delicious day!
